The Taoiseach has been questioned on issues around CIE pensions, following a protest in the city this week.
Local CIE pensioners marched to Galway West TD John Connolly's office, and handed in a letter demanding an increase their payments.
They've had their payments frozen since 2008 - meaning the rates haven't changed in almost 20 years.
Fianna Fail Deputy Connolly has now raised the issue in the Dáil with Michéal Martin - who's indicated the problem is being sorted.
