Voting begins for University of Galway SU elections and Technion referendum

Voting is now underway for the University of Galway Students' Union elections.

There are four people going forward for the top job - President of the Students' Union.

They are current Vice President from Loughrea Seán de Búrca, history student Peter Ó Neill, Law student Danny Saunders and Student Pantry Founder Adam Mullins.

Students will also be voting in a referendum on the Union’s position regarding the University’s association with Technion.

Voting is taking place until 8PM online via YourSpace, with results on all expected at 9 o'clock tonight.
