Two Galway drama groups and one from Claremorris will know their draw for the ADCI All-Ireland Confined Drama Finals when the draw takes place this afternoon.
This year's finals will be hosted by the Mid Ulster Drama Festival with all performances taking place at The Patrician in Carrickmore, Co. Tyrone.
Drama groups from all over the country have been taking part in the Festival Circuit since January with Glenamaddy Players and Bualadh Bos Oranmore from Galway qualifying for the All-Ireland Finals.
The Glenamaddy Players won seven of their eight festivals with their play Chapatti by Christian O'Reilly but ironically, finished second in their own festival to Bualadh Bos and their play Under The Bed by Seamus O'Rourke.
That win, combined with six second place finishes, qualified the group for the All-Ireland Finals.
Joining them will be Upstage Players from Claremorris with their play The Year of the Hiker by John B Keane. The play is directed by Andrea Silke from Dunmore and features Ollie Barrett from Milltown and Steven Leo from Tuam with Lisa Dowd-Hynes from Milltown on sound.
The finals will be held in Carrickmore from the 9th to the 17th of April.
