Galway Bay fm newsroom - There are widespread water outages across Galway due to a major technical fault at the Luimnagh Water Treatment Plant.
The areas affected include Corofin, Claregalway, Carnmore, Athenry, Oranmore, Clarinbridge, Tuam, Kilbannon, Kilconly and Turloughmore.
Irish Water and Galway County Council say they're working to restore water as soon as possible.
