The green light has been given for a luxury sauna at Blackrock in Salthill.
The project would be built beside the Blackrock Cottage restaurant.
It'd be almost 30 square meters in size, with a glass front offering sweeping views of Galway Bay.
City planners have now given approval, with standard conditions attached.
