Join us at Seapoint Leisure, Salthill on Saturday, 9th May at 4.15 a.m, and be part of a moving experience that brings people together in solidarity and hope.
As the sun rises, so too does a shared commitment to supporting mental health and preventing suicide.
With multiple walks happening across Dublin, you can join your local community or gather friends, family, and colleagues to walk together.
While the official walks remain at the heart of Darkness Into Light, there are countless ways to get involved:

- Take part your own way—host a sunrise swim, hike, or run
- Organise a bake sale, coffee morning, or fundraiser
