About the Role
As Care Manager, you will oversee the seamless delivery of home care
services throughout Galway and Roscommon. Your leadership will ensure
high standards, support business growth, and drive excellence in
compliance and care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead & Manage: Provide strong operational and care leadership
across the region.
• Grow the Service: Expand client base, develop new care packages,
and increase hours delivered.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all care meets HIQA and national
standards.
• Recruit & Develop Staff: Lead hiring, training, and performance
management.
• Collaborate & Strategise: Work with Senior Management to shape
future services.
• Build Relationships: Engage with HSE and community partners to
promote our care model.
What You’ll Need
• Valid PIN registration.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a formal healthcare setting.
• Leadership or management experience in a fast-paced care
environment.
• Strong understanding of HSE and HIQA standards.
• Experience in home care or older adult services is highly desirable.
