Get ready for a fantastic day out at the 23rd Mountbellew Annual Vintage Club Rally, taking place on Sunday, 27th July at the Mart Grounds, Mountbellew. Vintage enthusiasts, families, and anyone with a love for tradition and craftsmanship won’t want to miss this much-anticipated event.
Valerie Hughes will broadcasting live from the event - tune in to The Wagon Wheel live Sunday 11to 1pm from the rally, capturing the vibrant atmosphere and excitement of the day. With vintage cars, oil engines, and tractors all over 30 years old, there’s something to fascinate every motor and machinery fan. Iconic models like the International tractors and the classic Mk3 Cortina will be on display, sure to stir nostalgia among visitors.
The rally isn’t just for vehicle enthusiasts. Step back in time with working field, hay making, timber cutting, butter making, and the ever-entertaining lawn mower racing! Traditional crafts will be demonstrated throughout the day, offering a unique glimpse into rural life from decades past.
For families, the event promises plenty of fun with children’s entertainment and an array of food trucks serving delicious treats to keep everyone fuelled. Live music from the talented Jack Keogh will keep spirits high, providing the perfect soundtrack to a day of heritage and fun.
Gates open at 8:30 AM, and with ample parking available, you can relax and enjoy the experience. Admission is just €10 per adult, while children go free — an enjoyable day for all ages.
