Salthill Knocknacarra GAA CLub want to see everyone in their Club Colours.

"We're incredibly proud to combine our passion for Gaelic games with our commitment to environmental sustainability," said the club chairperson. "Lá na gClub represents everything our club stands for – community, sport, and caring for our environment and those who need support."
The event will benefit two vital Galway charities. Hope Space provides free grief support services to children and young people aged 4-17 from Galway City and County who have been impacted by bereavement. Rosedale School, located in Woodlands Centre, Renmore, provides educational services for pupils aged 5-18 with severe and profound learning disabilities.
Food will be available from the Gourmet Food Parlour food truck, and sustainably sourced water bottles will be provided to all participants in the exhibition matches as part of the club's environmental initiatives.
The Green Club Programme supports Gaelic Games clubs in taking effective sustainability action across five key themes: Energy, Water, Waste, Biodiversity, and Travel & Transport. Salthill Knocknacarra GAA's initiatives serve as a model for other clubs looking to reduce their environmental impact.
All community members are welcome to attend, whether they're existing GAA members or newcomers interested in trying Gaelic football and hurling for the first time.
