Galway Wins 2026 Leinster Senior Hurling Final - Commentary and Reaction

Galway's Senior Hurlers are Leinster Champions for the first time since 2018 after an impressive 4-29 to 4-15 win over Dublin in Croke Park this evening.

Michael Donoghue's side impressed from the start and led by 1-15 to 1-11 at Half Time with the Galway goal coming from Darragh Neary.

The second half saw Galway keep Dublin at arm's lengthand further goals from Aaron Niland (a penalty), Conor Cooney and John Fleming secured Galway title and a place in the All-Ireland Semi-Final in four weeks.

Conor Cooney scored 1-1 after coming on, he spoke to Niall after picking up his fourth Leinster Senior winners medal.
