AFLW Club In Australia On The Lookout For Ladies Gaelic Footballers

A club that plays AFLW in Victoria are on the lookout for Ladies Gaelic Footballers to join their team.

The Cavendish women's team play in the Western Victoria Female Football League (WVVFL) and is known as the "Bloods".

This could be an excellent opportunity for young players who were thinking of travelling to Australia and playing some footy in an amateur environment.

Director of Cavendish Football and Netball Club Richard Brown visited Galway as part of his holiday in Ireland, along with his wife Laura and family, and while they were here, he came into the studios at Galway Bay FM, where he spoke to John Mulligan and Sean Carley on Sunday Sport.
