Galway vs Tipperary (All-Ireland Masters Hurling Championship Preview with Liam Donoghue and Conor Dervan)

Galway’s Masters hurlers get their season underway this Saturday (25th April 2026) when they host Tipperary in Killimordaly.

Both squads have a host of former intercounty players with Rory Gantley, Ger Farragher, Fergal and Niall Healy, Tom Tierney, Tony Óg Regan, Kevin Hynes, Andy Coen and former captain Fergal Moore just a selection of those available for Galway.

Lar Corbett, Eoin Kelly, Shane McGrath and Shane Stapleton are among the Tipperary contingent.

Leading up to the game, Galway joint managers Liam Donoghue and Conor Dervan have been chatting to Galway Bay FM's Darren Kelly.
