Swimmers Taking To The Open Water For Oranmore Maree Coastal Search Unit And Galway RNLI

This Saturday, the 11th of July, Swimmers will be taking to the Open Water at Renville to raise money for the Oranmore Maree Coastal Search Unit and Galway RNLI.

In it's 8th year, the Atlantic Lifeboat Swim raises much needed funds for these organisations and to date has raised over €60,000.

This year, the organisers are looking to get as many swimmers as possible to get involved and are also looking for sponsors to help with the costs that come with an event of this size.

John Mulligan was joined by organiser Fergal Madden, Ed Shiel of the Oranmore Maree Coastal Search Unit and by Brian Niland of Galway RNLI.
