Professional Darts player, William O'Connor from Limerick, begins his 2026 World Darts Championship opener on Friday (19th December) against Krzysztof Kciuk of Poland.
This will be O'Connor's ninth World Championships appearance, and he has reached the third round on two occasions. The Limerick man reached the World Cup of Darts Final in 2019, where he and his teammate Steve Lennon lost out to Scotland.
