The number of new homes being built in Galway are increasing slightly.
There were 395 new home completions across the city and county in quarter three - compared to 320 during the previous quarter.
That includes 120 across the city, with the West area of the city seeing the majority of new home completions with 53.
In the county, Gort/Kinvara had the most new home completions with 75 houses built.

The lowest figure was in Connemara North, with just 17 new home completions being reported.
