A 345-bed purpose-built student accommodation development has been completed in Galway city.
The 8-storey unit on Queen Street in the city will be available for students from this September.
Elkstone are behind the 'Queen Street Place' development - the same company which are developing another 240-bed student accommodation complex in Westside.
That brings Elkstone's total Galway student accommodation investment to approximately 585 beds and representing a combined investment of €100 million in the city.

Construction started at Queen Street almost two years ago, and will also have facilities such as a gym, rooftop terraces, a cinema room and dedicated study areas.
