500 Agricultural Science students to converge on Mountbellew

500 Agricultural Science students from second-level schools across Galway are expected in Mountbellew tomorrow and Friday.

Agri Aware is set to hold Farm Walk & Talk events at Mountbellew Agricultural College.

Students will gain real-life experiences of working farms and attend talks from agri-food industry experts.

Agri Aware Chair Shay Galvin says initiatives like this play a vital role in promoting the subject of agricultural science.
