Approval has been given for a new housing estate in Mountbellew.
The project, led by Galmon Properties Partnership and consisting of 30 new homes, would be based at a site at Barnswellgrove on the west side of the town.
They would be a mix of three and four bedroom detached and semi-detached homes.
County planners have granted permission with 31 conditions - including that no home be occupied until the development is connected to the upgraded Mountbellew Wastewater Treatment Plant.
