The green light's been given for a significant sports and community centre in Ardrahan.
This project will be built on a site beside the existing GAA grounds.
It'll include a community centre and multi-purpose sports centre, as well as community gyn, café and meeting rooms.
County planners have now approved the plans with 16 conditions attached.
