Plans have been lodged for new apartment blocks at Coolough Road in the city.
Damree Developments Ltd is seeking permission for the a green site on the corner where Coolough Road meets Dyke Road.
They plan to build four blocks that would be 3 storeys high, offering a total of 47 homes.
City planners will make a decision in September.
