Galway Bay fm newsroom - Ulster Bank is suing one of the objectors to the Apple Data Centre in Athenry with a claim of 22 million euro.
According to today's Irish Times, Brian McDonagh of Delgany, Co. Wicklow is being sued by the bank and two receivers it appointed over an 80-acre site in Wicklow where it was proposed to build a different data centre.
