Wolseley Ireland has bought Galway city's Peter Curran Electric Limited, based at Glenrock Business Park on Bóthar Na Mine along with its lightig showroom Citylites.
The transaction brings the wholesaler and retailer into the Wolseley Ireland portfolio, which includes Heat Merchants, Tubs & Tiles, Hevac, TubeCo, and Bassetts Northern Ireland.
Peter Curran Electric Limited will operate as a distinct business, maintaining its established identity and market focus while benefiting from Wolseley Ireland’s scale, resources, and long-term strategic support.
The entire Galway team will remain in place, with Wolseley saying this will ensure continuity for customers and partners.
