Average listed house prices rise by 7% in Galway city and 14% in county in 2025

The average listed price of a three-bedroom semi-detached house in Galway city was €401,000 at the end of 2025 - an increase of 7 percent this year.

Meanwhile, in the county, the price of the same type of house rose by 16 percent - up to €303,000.

Nationally, the Daft.ie report shows the average listed house price rose by five point five percent - with the average now €423,000.
