Call for more reliable bus service on Connemara route after regular breakdowns

There's a call for a more reliable bus service on a major Connemara route, following a number of breakdowns.

Connemara Councillor Noel Thomas says double deckers should be used for the 424 bus service, which runs along the R336,

The Independent Ireland councillor has written to Bus Éireann and the National Transport Authority calling for urgent action.
