Galway Bay fm newsroom - Drunk people that routinely clog up the Emergency Department at UHG should be locked in a room to allow them to sober up and stop impeding medical staff.
That's according to City Councillor Padraig Conneely, who told the HSE Regional Health Forum that drunk patients are causing 'havoc' at the unit.
