A Galway City Councillor is bringing a motion to next week's council meeting to ask the Transport Minister to bring in more regulations around the use of E-scooters
Councillor Shane Forde says there are safety concerns in particular over the use of e-scooters and e-bikes on footpaths around Galway.
The Fine Gael Councillor is also calling for a co-ordinated enforcement blitz in high risk areas around the city.
