Concern over alleged out of hours work at Newcastle construction site

Galway Bay fm newsroom - City officials have been urged to take action into alleged claims that work at a construction site in Newcastle is being progressed outside of agreed timelines.

The alleged issues concern work on a major student accommodation block on the site of the old Westwood hotel.

Fianna Fail Councillor Ollie Crowe says he has received representations from many local residents who have raised concerns over activity on-site out of agreed hours.
