Confusion as incorrect polling cards sent to Galway islanders

Galway Bay fm newsroom - There has been confusion among Galway's island community in relation to polling cards for the referendum later this week.

It's understood polling cards were sent to islanders which stated that voting would take place on the 8th Amendment on Friday.

However, voting takes place on the islands on Thursday, a day ahead of people on the mainland.
