A Connemara housing campaign group has handed a letter into the Department of the Gaeltacht in na Forbacha.
The letter - addressed to Gaeltacht Minister Dara Calleary by BANÚ - is demanding action to address the worsening housing crisis in the Gaeltacht.
It points to Irish language speakers being pushed out of their own communities, as well as a failure to maintain or build social housing in the region.
