A Galway County Councillor is calling for better management of clothes banks and bins across the county.
Ballinasloe Councillor Evelyn Parsons has raised the matter at County Hall, saying dumping is consistently an issue in areas.
She says a rise in fast fashion and other factors means bins and clothes banks are in demand - and infrastructure needs to keep up.
