Councillors move to create own parking by-laws for Tuam

Local councillors are seeking to create parking by-laws specifically for Tuam.

A recent meeting heard concerns in relation to parking costs and duration, with councillors wanting more control over car parking areas.

There was back and forth with introducing an all-day pass for car parks, but instead Fianna Fáil Councillor Donagh Killilea suggested creating their own parking by-laws
