Galway County Council has met with the Construction Industry Federation, the CIF, about housing and infrastructure delivery.
CIF Director in the Western and Midland region Justin Molloy met with the council's Senior Management team led by Chief Executive Liam Conneally.
Mr Molloy said engagements like this provide a valuable forum for constructive discussion.
He added they allow industry and local authorities to work together in addressing the delivery of essential infrastructure and new homes which underpin the county’s future growth and development.
