Funding of almost €90 thousand has been awarded towards community projects in Athenry and Corofin.
In Corofin, €45 thousand will support the installation of additional amenities in Corofin Park.
And €43 thousand has been awarded towards a project to refurbish a parochial hall in the centre of Athenry town.
Both allocations are made through the Government's Town and Village Renewal Scheme.
