Education Minister and Galway West TD Hildegarde Naughton is to visit local schools in Carraroe today.
She'll be visiting Scoil Chuimsitheach Chiaráin in An Ceathrú Rua, to officially open the school’s new extension and meet with members of the school community.
Minister Naughton will also visit Scoil Mhic Dara in Carraroe, where she'll also officially open a new extension there, and unveil a commemorative plaque to mark the occasion.
The Minister will then visit Scoil Speisialta Tigh Nan Dooley, where she'll meet with students and staff.
