A former New York city official this afternoon dedicated a new outdoor classroom in his ancestral village in Connemara.
Bill Mulrow made the donation to Clonbur National School - where his parents Michael and Ellen first met almost 100 years ago, before emigrating to New York
Bill was secretary to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, and a senior advisor at Blackstone, one of the world's leading investment firms.
James Varley was there today, to speak with pupils, Bill Mulrow, and school staff.
