Funding has been awarded to Ahascragh Distillery under the EU Just Transition Fund.
The JTF aims to support areas in Europe most negatively impacted by the move towards climate neutrality.
The latest round of funding is worth €3.6m, spread across 24 tourism projects in the Midlands - including €40,000 for Ahascragh Distillery.
It'll support improvements to the visitor centre including energy upgrades, a new retail space and landscaping.
