A Galway bus driver has been recognised as Bus Eireann's Driver of the Year.
John Lundy, who has been driving with the company for over 40 years, was honoured at the National 'Go the Extra Mile' Awards.
Other Galway winners include supervisors Paul Maloney, Vincent O Connor and Seán Kyne, who won the Wellbeing Award for organising a Bus Éireann football tournament.
