Galway Film Fleadh has appointed a new Festival Programmer, ahead of this summer's run.
Charlene Lydon is bringing more than two decades of experience in the Irish screen industry to the role.
Charlene previously served as Head of Programming at Light House Dublin and Pálás Galway, has worked with Element Pictures and Storyhouse Screenwriting Festival.
Charlene succeeds former Fair City actor Maeve McGrath, who has starred in numerous films since then - including the Oscar-nominated movie Brooklyn
