Galway has ranked 11th in the country for the availability of electric vehicle charging points.
The position might surprise some, as Galway has been described as a place "lagging behind" in EV infrastructure.
The stats look at the number of public charging points available in each county compared to electric vehicles sold over the past decade.
Top of the charts compiled by transportion solutions firm Geotab is Co. Kerry, with almost six cars for every charging point.
That's followed by Longford, Mayo, Clare, Donegal, Cavan, Kilkenny, Wexford, Westmeath, and Laois.
Then, in 11th place is Galway - with a ratio of 12 electric cars per electric charging point.
The tables show we now have 227 EV charging points, with 2,741 EV's sold here over the past 10 years.
Meanwhile, at the bottom of the national rankings is Co. Meath, where there's 36 cars for every public charger.
