Galway ranks 5th among Irelands most energy-efficient business counties
That's according to research from procure.ie, which analysed 80,526 Building Energy Ratings from the Central Statistics Office.
158 out of the 3,947 commercial buildings in the county achieved an A rating, which is 4 per cent of all units.
Kildare topped the list with 7% A rated buildings, with Dublin, Meath and Westmeath also coming in ahead of Galway.
