Galway RNLI is searching for a number of new volunteers including new trainee lifeboat crew.
The charity is also looking for a Lifeboat Operations Manager and to fill Launch Authority positions.
The station currently operates an Atlantic 85 inshore lifeboat which has a top speed of 35 knots.
