Galway Bay fm newsroom - Additional funding has been announced for the sexual assault treatment unit in Galway.

It will share in the half a million euro in additional funding announced today to improve access to treatment for victims of sexual assault.

Investment and staffing levels are expected to increase in response to a growing demand for services.
