Gardaí in Salthill are investigating an assault that took place in Seacrest in Knocknacarra over the weekend.
A man in his 30s was waiting at a bus stop when an unknown man punched him, causing him minor injuries.
Anyone who was in the vicinity and witnessed the incident is asked to contact Salthill Gardaí on 091 51-47-20.
