Gardaí are reminding people of the road closures in place this weekend for the Galway International Rally.
The annual rally was launched last evening at Eyre Square - with nine stages today (sat) and another six taking place tomorrow (sun).
Road closures and diversions will be in place today (sat) in the Headford, Kilcoona, Kilbeg and Caherlistrane areas.
While tomorrow, there'll be road closures and diversions in the Attymon, Ballyfa and Winfield areas

Traffic is expected to be heavier than usual in the Carnmore area over the weekend, as the rally service area is located at Galway Airport.
