There's been a huge surge in electric vehicle sales across Galway so far this year.
Since January, there have been almost 700 EVs sold - that's an increase of almost 50 percent compared to the same time last year.
Nationally, over 20,000 new electric vehicles have been registered so far this year, an increase of 37 percent on 2024.
