Major upgrades to Athenry's water supply has gotten underway at Bridge Street and at the Ballydavid Cottages
More than 750 metres of new mains piping will be laid as part of the works - 400 metres along Bridge street and 350 at the cottages
two and three way traffic lights will be in place at the site of the works, which are due to be completed in August
