Galway Bay fm newsroom - The N17 is closed at Knockdoe following a road traffic crash this afternoon.
The two vehicle accident, involving a truck and a car, occured at around quarter past 3.
Emergency services are at the scene and the road is currently closed in both directions.
Gardai say there were no serious injuries sustained during the incident but a significant quantity of debris is preventing the road from re-opening.
