John Connell has been granted planning permission to demolish an existing derelict house and commerical building at Tullinadaly Road.
The new development will be a semi-detached block of two houses and two apartments, each containing two bedrooms.
County planners have granted planning permission for the Tuam development subject to 8 conditions.
