Galway Bay fm newsroom- The student newspaper at NUI Galway has been awarded College Newspaper of the Year at the National Student Media Awards.

Sin newspaper is a bi-weekly publication with a circulation of about 6 thousand and is staffed by students from various courses.

Meanwhile 21 year old Áine Kenny from NUI Galway, who is editor of Sin newspaper, took home the award for Editor of the Year.
