NUIG leads hospital complaints analysis project to improve healthcare quality

Galway Bay fm newsroom - NUI Galway and the HSE are working together to improve the quality of healthcare being offered to the public in Irish hospitals.

A collaborative project has evaluated services and complaints made by patients to identify problems, as well as opportunities for improvements in safety and quality.

Complaints included accessing appointments, waiting times, treatment, safety and cleanliness.
